Sometimes, the most profound transformations begin with a single conversation. My 1:1 Ayurveda–Yoga Coaching Path was born from years of guiding professionals, creatives, and mothers through exhaustion, imbalance, and emotional overwhelm — toward health, clarity, and peace that lasts.
This is not just coaching. It’s a deeply personal journey that unites structure and soul — a path to realignment with your true self.
When Success Isn’t Enough: The Story Behind My 1:1 Ayurveda & Yoga Coaching
There are times in life when something quietly ends so something truer can begin.
In my last newsletter, I shared how my new website was born — not just through six months of photos, videos, and design, but through a much longer, deeper process of grief, shedding, and realignment. I had to let go of an old vision, honour what it had given me, and allow a new chapter of my work to emerge.
It felt like a birth.
And like any real birth, it came with pain.
For years, my work was focused mainly on mothers. I poured my heart into helping them navigate exhaustion, overwhelm, and the invisible load of holding a family together, all while trying not to lose themselves. I still love this work deeply. Mothers will always have a special place in my heart.
But as I sat down to create my new website and really name what I do, another truth became clearer and clearer:
The pain of pushing too far, of living in constant performance mode, of serving everyone else while slowly eroding your own health and inner life — this doesn’t belong to mothers alone.
I saw it in doctors. In project managers. In entrepreneurs. In creatives. In spiritual seekers.
In women and men who had built beautiful lives on the outside… and were quietly paying the price on the inside.
So this new website, and with it my current 1:1 Coaching Path, became the expression of something bigger and more inclusive: a way to support all those who give so much — and want to keep giving, but differently.
With more health, clarity, strength, and inner peace.
Without burning out their body, mind, and soul in the process.
This is where my 1:1 Ayurveda–Yoga–Meditation Coaching comes in.
When Everything Looks Fine Outside, But Feels Heavy Inside
Many of my clients come to me with a similar story.
On the outside, they are “successful”:
- a respected doctor or therapist,
- a busy entrepreneur or leader,
- a creative building their own path,
- a professional with a full calendar and a long list of responsibilities,
- or a working mother carrying two full-time jobs — career and family.
They have done a lot. They care deeply. They are not lazy or unfocused.
If anything, they care too much.
But then there is the inside:
- They wake up tired, no matter how long they slept.
- Their digestion is off – bloating, heaviness, reflux, constipation.
- Their shoulders feel tight, their back aches, their body feels older than it is.
- Their mind is always “on” — planning, worrying, organizing, analysing.
- Emotions hover closer to the edge: impatience, sadness, irritability, anxiety.
- A vague sense of “something essential is missing” follows them through the day.
Often they tell me:
“On paper, everything looks fine. But I don’t feel fine inside.”
Maybe you recognise yourself in this.
Maybe you already tried to fix it “by yourself”:
- a yoga class here and there,
- reading about Ayurveda,
- buying self-help books,
- downloading a meditation app,
- promising you’ll “take better care” — when things calm down.
And yet, somehow, you end up circling back into the same patterns of stress, fatigue, and disconnection.
It’s not because you’re weak.
It’s because you’re doing it alone, in a system that constantly pulls you outward.
This is where a guided, personalized path makes all the difference.
Why I Created This 1:1 Coaching Path
I did not design my 1:1 Coaching Path as a “program to sell.”
It grew out of 30+ years of practice and search:
my own journey as a ballet dancer, as someone who pushed her body beyond its limits;
as a yogic seeker and former monk;
as a mother;
as a woman who has lived in very different worlds — from Vienna to India, from California to Tenerife.
And it grew out of working with thousands of clients over the years, seeing what truly helps them change — not just for a week, but for life.
What I kept noticing was this:
- Ayurveda without support can become overwhelming theory.
- Yoga without understanding can remain “just another workout.”
- Meditation without grounding can feel abstract, disconnected from daily life.
- Coaching without depth can become goal-chasing without soul.
So I began to weave them together:
- Ayurveda – as the map: your constitution, your rhythms, your unique health blueprint.
- Yoga & Ayurveda Yoga Therapy – as the embodied practice: movement, breath, and posture tailored to your body and nervous system.
- Meditation & Mindfulness – as the inner anchor: presence, clarity, and spiritual connection.
- Coaching – as the structure: helping you turn wisdom into real, sustainable change in daily life.
Not in a generic way. Not as “one size fits all.”
But as a living system shaped around you — your body, your life stage, your responsibilities, your dreams.
This is what my 1:1 Ayurveda–Yoga–Meditation Coaching has become:
a personal path to health, clarity, and inner fulfillment.

It’s not to become the “ideal Ayurvedic person” or the “perfect yogi.”

- move through stress without collapsing,
- feel and process your emotions without drowning in them.

This is often the most touching part for my clients —
that quiet sense of returning home to themselves.

How We Begin: A Conversation, Not a Commitment
Because this path is intimate and personal, we always start very simply:
Step 1: A Free 20-Minute Discovery Call
We meet on Zoom or by phone — no pressure, no expectation.
You share where you are now, what hurts, what feels off, and what you long for.
I listen — not only to your words, but to the undertone, the rhythm, the deeper questions.
I then share honestly how I might support you, and whether this 1:1 journey would be the right container.
Even in this short call, many people already feel relief:
“I’m not crazy. This is real. And there is a way forward.”
Step 2: A 90-Minute Insight Coaching & Yoga Session
If we both feel it’s a match, we schedule our first deep dive.
Before the session, you receive a detailed intake form and often an Ayurvedic self-assessment.
In the session itself, we:
- map out your current situation (body, mind, emotions, lifestyle),
- clarify your intentions and deeper goals,
- and end with a short personalized Yoga or meditation practice.
You leave with clarity, first tools, and a sense of being held and seen.
From there, if it feels right, we begin your 6–12 month 1:1 Coaching Journey — fully tailored to your needs, rhythms, and life realities. Sessions are usually online (so we can work together whether you’re in Vienna, Berlin, Texas, or California), with occasional in-person sessions in Vienna/Tenerife when possible.
