    I know what it means to live for performance—on the stage, in career, and in life.

    As a former ballet dancer, I learned discipline, strength, and precision. But I also experienced the pain of pushing too far, disconnecting from myself to meet expectations. My healing journey led me to the ancient sciences of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Meditation—and eventually, to 30 years of personal practice, study, and work with clients.

    How Is It to Do the Coaching and Yoga Online?

    “I’ve done online and offline coaching before, and at first I was skeptical because you don’t have this human connection while you’re looking at a screen.
    But it also gives you a lot of flexibility — you don’t have to go to a certain place, and you can work with someone who’s maybe further away and still get the right support you need.
    That’s why I really appreciate the online way of connecting in this coaching setup. I mean, in our case, we couldn’t even work together otherwise because we’re not in the same place — and it works. You just have to adapt to it. With all the tools we have now, for me it’s not a big difference compared to face-to-face coaching.

I always went to face-to-face classes before, but it’s actually a great way of doing it because I can listen to your instructions, look at the screen, and focus just on myself.
