Hi, I’m Verena Gayatri Primus, and I’ve been where you are—trying to balance family, work, and personal well-being.
Motherhood is beautiful, but let’s be real—it’s not always easy.
After years of performing as a professional ballet dancer, traveling the world, and diving into yoga and Ayurveda, motherhood brought a whole new set of challenges. Suddenly, I was balancing diapers, sleepless nights, and endless to-do lists. I loved my children more than anything, but losing my mother just before becoming one myself made things a bit tougher, leaving me feeling both overwhelmed and drained at times.
The tools I had once relied on for personal and spiritual growth quickly became my survival kit—helping me find balance, energy, and joy in the chaos. By integrating the wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga into my daily life, I wasn’t just escaping the challenges of modern motherhood, I was thriving through them. And now, I’m here to share that same approach with you.

- Deeply Trained: I hold certifications as an Ayurvedic Clinical Specialist and Pancha Karma Specialist from the California College of Ayurveda. I’m also an Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy Teacher and an E-RYT 500 Senior Yoga Teacher. I’ve trained with Ayurvedic doctors in India, while persuing my own spiritual goals. Additionally, I’m a DONA-certified doula, so my approach is grounded in years of study and real-world experience.

5. How much time will I need to dedicate each week?
- Answer: We recommend setting aside 2-3 hours per week for the course content and activities. This includes watching video lectures, participating in live sessions, completing assignments, and engaging with the community. The course is designed to be flexible and manageable, even for busy moms, so you can fit it into your schedule whenever it suits you without feeling overwhelmed.
6. Is there a refund policy?
- Answer: No, there is no refund policy for this course. We are committed to working with a select group of participants who are fully dedicated to their journey. Since we only accept a limited number of people, we want to ensure that every spot is filled by someone who is ready to make the most of the experience.
- However, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If any unexpected circumstances prevent you from attending the live sessions, we will work with you to find a solution that ensures you still receive all the benefits the course offers. Your growth and success are our priority, and we will do everything we can to support you throughout the program.
7. Can I access the course materials after the 8 weeks?
- Answer: Yes, you will have access to all course materials and recordings for one full year after enrolling in the course. 8. How is the course delivered?
- Answer: The course is delivered online through a combination of weekly live sessions via Zoom, some pre-recorded video lectures, a replay and yoga library, downloadable resources, and interactive community forums. You will have access to all materials through our dedicated course platform, making it easy to learn from anywhere and at any time.

- Answer: No worries! The course is designed to be flexible. All live sessions are recorded, and you will have access to the course materials one full year after enrolling in the course, so you can catch up at your own pace. Additionally, our free community forum is always available for support and encouragement from both the instructor and your fellow participants.
10. What are the costs, and how do I pay?
- Answer: There are a few payment options available to suit your needs. The most cost-effective option is a one-time payment, which is due before the course begins. Alternatively, you can choose a payment plan of three installments of: the first payment before the course starts, the second four weeks later, and the final payment before the course ends. The price will be announced at the program launch in January 2025.
